The study was conducted at the rice field area of Quezon National Agricultural School at SilanganMalicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon last July to October 2013 to determine the efficiency of Bio-N fertilizer to NSIC variety of rice when applied through drenching method. The objective is to determine the growth and yield the crop using the three different treatments of T1 (control); T2 (200 grams of Bio-N grams of Bio-N in 100 litres of water) and T3 (200 grams of Bio-N in 200 litres of water) to be replicated four times under Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD).

            NSIC 214 rice variety was used as experimental plants. Seedbed were prepare in accordance to the experimental lay-out. The parameters were as follows: plant height, number of tillers and yield of rice. Drenching was the method applied in the treatment during the application of Bio-N fertilizer.

            The application of Bio-N fertilizer through drenching shows significant results at 5% level on the yield of rice on per hectare basis. Treatment with 200 grams of Bio-N grams of Bio-N in 100 litres of water produces higher yield as compare to the other treatments. Plant height and number of tiller were not significantly different among the treatments.
