To ensure the successful implementation of instructional materials for Basic Competencies, a review and enhancement was conducted at Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS) on January 7-8, 2016.
AVSS Gerardo R. Marasigan, welcome the participants with a warm message. TESDA-4A Regional Director, Luisita S. Dela Cruz, CESO IV emphasized in her speech that there is a need for improvement of the Basic Competency Learning Materials to ensure the knowledge, skills and attitude of the Tech-Voc graduates. She also added that the 21st century skills must be integrated in the Basic Competency.
Facilitators of the workshop, Ms. Katrina Alexandra Z. Avilla, Ms. Emily V. Guimpol, Ms. Mely D. Peňa, Ms. Niňa Rochelle V. Ariano, Mr. Joven M. Fulgar, Ms. Melody M. Cortez, Ms. Yevgeny Ephraim M. Obciana, Mr. Evan M. Javier, Ms. Madonna G. Aquino and Ms. Analie M. Monstserrat guided the participants on the enhancement of the instructional materials. Presentation of outputs and demo teaching per unit of competency were done.
