Getting through it...
Babylyn, had faced adversity early in her life. She stopped schooling and worked as a saleslady to financially help her family. When she heard from one of the advocacies that QNAS is offering TESDA registered technical-vocational programs in the field of Agriculture, she took up Animal Production as TWSP Scholar and became a National Certificate Level II holder. She now works as an Assistant Supervisor at AJE Farm, Indang Cavite. Babylyn could not help but be proud that her education and training in TESDA QNAS uplifted the lives of her family and relatives.
Aldin, had suffered from polio since childhood, was given the opportunity to enroll at TESDA-QNAS, with the course Consumer Electronics Servicing NC II through the Association of Persons with Disability of Mauban and passed the mandatory assessment. Now, he is practicing what he learned, he goes house-to-house for appliances repairs and making him earned an income. His success story was featured in TATAK TESDA Video Making Contest and won People’s Choice and Best Video in the Regional Level.
George, took up Animal Production NC II at TESDA-QNAS. He was given the opportunity to work at UNI AGRI Farm in Sariaya, Quezon as Animal Attendant after finishing his course. With his knowledge and skills, he was promoted as Assistant Supervisor in the Furrowing Department in the year 2013 and became a Supervisor in May 2014 in the same department, the very reason why he was very thankful to TESDA-QNAS.
